Privacy notice

Product beta · Last updated November 1, 2026. Review for local legal obligations before launching publicly.

Images

Supported image files are processed in your browser. Image files, filenames, and contents are not sent to the site's application servers by the converter. When an output retains the original bytes, embedded metadata may also remain. Browser or hosting infrastructure still handles normal web requests to load the website.

Optional usage metrics

Our server may count four types of actions in aggregate by day, tool and page language: file selection, completed processing, initiated download and processing error. These counters do not contain your images, filenames, names, email addresses or persistent user IDs. Web Analytics may independently collect page and performance metrics if enabled on the hosting platform; see the Cloudflare privacy documentation for details.

Voluntary feedback

If you submit the feedback form, we store the message, selected category, task, page language and submission time. Please do not include personal or sensitive details. A short-lived, salted hash based on the requesting IP address and day is used to limit abuse; we do not save the raw IP in the product database. Other hosting security logs may still exist under the hosting provider's policies.

Retention

Feedback entries are kept for up to 90 days, subject to periodic cleanup when the administration report is accessed. Rate limiting hashes are kept for approximately two days after each report cleanup. Daily aggregate event totals may be kept longer for product improvement. We do not sell feedback messages.

Third parties and enquiries

The site is intended to use Cloudflare for hosting, database and optional traffic analytics. Processing of basic connection information is subject to the hosting provider's services. You can use the feedback form for product suggestions, but do not put confidential information there.
